Chloe Apartments enjoys a peaceful waterfront location on the southernmost point of the Paliki Peninsula, Kefalonia, overlooking the emerald waters of the Ionian Sea and the islet of Vardiani. The property’s beautiful gardens border the fine sandy shores of Megas Lakos Beach, offering direct access via a private path through the grounds. The beach is known for its shallow, crystal-clear waters and spectacular sunsets.

Situated in the Municipality of Lixouri, Chloe Apartments is ideally located for exploring some of the most beautiful beaches and attractions of the Paliki Peninsula. Lixouri, the main town of the peninsula, is approximately a 10-minute drive away, while Argostoli, the island’s capital, is around 50 minutes by car.

Our complex consists of two buildings surrounded by beautiful green gardens, offering a selection of thoughtfully designed and comfortably furnished accommodation units. Each unit is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The surrounding area offers opportunities for long walks, cycling and relaxing by the sea, with a traditional seaside taverna and bars nearby. Chloe Apartments also provides an excellent base for discovering Kipouria Monastery, Petani Beach and the traditional villages of the Paliki Peninsula.

The accommodation is open from May until October.

Megas Lakkos Beach

Megas Lakkos Beach is a long, sandy shoreline known for its soft, reddish-gold sand and shallow, warm waters that are perfect for relaxed swimming.

Stretching peacefully along the coast near Lixouri, it offers plenty of space to unwind, making it ideal for families and couples seeking a calm, laid-back atmosphere.

The beach is partly organized with sunbeds and a few tavernas, yet it still retains a natural, unspoiled character. Its gently sloping sea and quiet surroundings create a soothing environment, while the wide horizon delivers beautiful evening colors as the sun sets over the Ionian Sea.

Sparos Bistrot

"Sparos" is our family-run bistro, located within the grounds of Chloe Apartments, directly on the waterfront and just a few steps from the beach.

Guests can enjoy a selection of delicious lunch and dinner dishes, snacks, refreshing beverages and cocktails, all served in a relaxed waterfront setting.

Our menu features mainly seafood and Mediterranean dishes, together with a selection of popular classic choices. All dishes are prepared daily using fresh, quality ingredients.
